Inspired by Japanese tree crutches, the Tsura's form honors the inherent beauty of wood's natural imperfections, accentuated by the simplicity of intersecting planes that support a rounded backrest.
We design our product to show off nature's "imperfections" highlighting how beautiful they are. Each piece will have variations in texture, grain, and tone — no two pieces are exactly alike.
The Tsura Chair highlights the uniqueness of Baltimore's Urban fallen lumber. Locally collected, processed, and created.

To get the best life out of your product, keep it indoors. Possible natural patena. Only use warm water and soap and gently wipe down with soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals. Light scratches can be sanded down using a high grit sandpaper.
